Founded in 1990, Progestión is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting people facing difficult situations.

Originally established in response to Spain's drug addiction crisis of the 80s and early 90s, Progestión has expanded its focus over the years to meet the evolving needs of society, always prioritizing those who are most vulnerable.

With a skilled team of employment counsellors, Progestión operates across cities and rural areas in Madrid, Extremadura, and Castile and Leon. We provide tailored employment guidance for diverse groups, including migrants, women at risk, and asylum seekers.

In 2023, our team supported 373 individuals, with 52.82% securing employment through our services.
